Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of RootsCrew Missouri Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
RootsCrew Missouri Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns, property access issues, or other legitimate reasons prevent us from performing the work safely and professionally.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on visual inspection and information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from those observed during the initial assessment. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate property information and access
- Obtaining necessary permits if required by local ordinances
- Marking underground utilities before work begins
- Removing vehicles and personal property from work areas
- Ensuring pets are secured during service
- Notifying us of any special property conditions or concerns
Liability and Insurance
RootsCrew Missouri Tree Services maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked, damage to landscaping or structures caused by falling trees or branches when proper precautions have been taken, or pre-existing property damage.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been purchased or crew has been scheduled.
Weather and Delays
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify customers as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest convenience.
Warranty
We guarantee our workmanship and will address any issues resulting from our services. We do not guarantee the health or survival of trees after pruning or other treatments, as tree health depends on many factors beyond our control.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
